Accepting that we do have the power to make change. It’s like living on the negative, blaming others, shutting down new ideas, thinking it’s not worth the effort, or whatever other negative self-talk may be taking place. All those things cause us to be stuck.
In order to make change, I should start on small that can take and gain my strength. In addition, I do it until I change myself to become a better person. It is hard to change and this is one of the challenge for each individual, but the change has to come from having the courage to take that initial action. Action is the cornerstone of confidence–and change.
Sometimes, I’m having a hard time keeping promises to myself, because I’m afraid that I can’t do it. I don’t have self-confidence and that is one I want to improve by changing my negative thoughts into positive because I don’t always have my friends to advice or to cheer me up, it should start from myself not the people around me. This is one of the way by helping myself to get up.
